Products are shipped Via UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Live birds are shipped via Delta Cargo for same day arrival, we schedule a date after the baby has been weaned and ship to your nearest airport. The client will have to arrange for pickup at said airport and then take their new family member home.

Yes we require that all of our customers placing a deposit on a hand fed baby bird read and sign a Non-Refundable deposit Contract.

Yes of course! We do schedule in person appointments for deposits as well as video calling so you can select your future feathered friend! For scheduling appointments
